The menu in "The Backroom," created by our chef Cinthia Madrid, is a work in
progress, always keeping in mind the sort of interesting and savory cheese and
charcuterie pairings and delicious light fair that will enhance your wine and beer
tasting pleasure.

"The Backroom" is open Tuesday - Friday from 5-10pm with

"The Backrom" is open Tuesday through Friday from 5-10pm, with"Happy Hour" 5-7PM.

Saturdays we're open 12-4PM for lunch, 5-10PM for the evening with 5-7:00pm

for Happy Hour. "The Backroom" is also open on Sundays from 12-2PM for our

wine classes with Master Sommelier Elizabeth Schweitzer, Sunday Sippers

and special events.
