The menu in "The Backroom," created by our chef Cinthia Madrid, is a delcious work in progress, always keeping in mind the sort of interesting and artisinal cheese and charcuterie pairings and delicious light fair that will enhance your wine tasting and beer tasting pleasure.

"The Backroom" is open:

• Tuesday through Friday from 5-10pm, with "Happy Hour" 5-7PM.

• Saturdays we're open 12-4PM for lunch, 5-10PM in the evening.

• Sundays from 12-2PM for our classes, special events, private parties and Sunday Sippers.
